Context its a lot safer to hold MVF than RFG or MYR.
Also the Dr. may find out that when she opens her own practice there is a lot of paperwork and etc which she doesn't enjoy doing finance, hr and etc.
She may decide to come back in the fold or burn out.
People may not be happy working for someone else but at least you can do what your passionate about rather then things that get in the way and worry about the bills.
