We have to remember she has the two top ex Monashivf embryologists part of her team, remember when the MVF share price dived because the clinicians were upset that management " released" their tenure.
I see the new CEO will need to fully understand the value he has and how to harness that ASAP as it takes 18mths of active months of marketing and sales to turn the tide, ask any pharmaceutical company.
The CEO needs to motivate and engage, and stop sacking staff, more of the same almost cooperate culture.
