re: Ann: Molopo Energy agrees to sell Barnhar..."Buddy, the question is if these wells would produce at the same rate next year and which rate oil/NG... If they would reach similar agreement for Fiesta or at least 2000 bucks per acre i would be happy. Still under water but happy for some return of capital and go away."
murdochjak,
If we couldn't produce at the same rate comes next year, why do we need all of these professionals on Board and continue paying for them.?? You tell me.
After all that is why we employ those people and, if they can't make sure that we can keep such a low level of oil production from an oil field, what then.... Surely not to just sit there and sipping coffee.
And then think about the following for a short while and come back to me. Why would the buyer be willing to dig deep into his pocket and come up with $4.8 million dollars if he didn't think that it was all worthwhile to do it.??? After all, it is no good for us to keep it, (Or so we have been told, and you took the time to remind us of it), but it is good for someone else to buy it and take it off our hands. Would you do that if you thought that it was worthless.?? THINK ABOUT IT MATE!!!
Then you finish off with: "Still under water but happy for some return of capital and go away. "
How many times have we been told in the past, (and yes, even before the new Management came in), that we were going to be receiving some returns of Capital.??
Have you ever received any.?? For the life of me I can't recollect getting any of them at all.
Besides, is that part being confirmed by the Company as being a ""definite"", or just a ""maybe"". I think that the latter of the two is more to the point, while everyone there will still be collecting their full pays and emoluments.
I will now await your response. If you can prove me wrong, I will gladly apologise.
