Why does there have to be something going on? Sometimes an insto will pay above the asking price if it gets into a company that they see potential in a sizable parcel.
Perhaps the real question is, why is no one else seeing the value that an insto with all of its analytical resources is seeing - and putting their money behind?? If anything this just adds weight to the company and their register.
