Maybe we do not have thousands of patients in PH3 as costs are prohibited! It was mentioned at AGM by mgt in another biotech a cost per patient in PH2 trial was $60k USA ...PH3 may be even more. As our numbers are probably set at minimum allowed any additional patients is a bonus.....

my concern is the period of 24 months without any further intervention. That means they truly need to be with zero pain and zero painkillers for 2 years...that is a very long long time....and if someone has a "twitch" and pops a pill he/she is out and our stats will be in negative....here is hoping the treatment truly works 100% for 2 years. They mentioned we were good for 3 years so here is hoping it works like magic for all the patients during 2 ..
