No they don't! Nominees do not control their holdings, the owners do. Or if they do have control, they're in breach of the Corps Act for not disclosing a substantial shareholding.
It feels as if people like yourself and @travelightor could make a career out of explaining this issue, but to little avail when it comes to those who are hell bent on sticking to the unsubstantiated conspiracy thinking that MSB's share price woes are the work of some or other evil, invisible forces.
