position sizing is very important as well,

today im using the markets money in all my trading, if i lose it, its no big deal, all my original money is back in the bank,

its was bad mate, i couldn't trade my way out of it, because i used all my profit that i was making as a cashflow to build my house and farm and deposits for rental properties, etc,

it was a very worrisome time for us, my rectum was as tight as a fish mate, i couldn't even get a knitting needle up it even if i tried,

anyway, we grew our way through it, and have a nice old trading loss on the books that ive pretty well near enough turned it around,

i didnt have to sell any of my rental properties of or the farm or the house, so have been very lucky,

i have sold one of my rental properties this week, we paid $280k, 9 years ago, sold for $360k,

not overly flash for 9 years of doing nothing but a profit is a profit no matter how fast or slow you say it, lol,

anyway, the reason ive sold it is because if its true that the scare market and the property market are heading for a melt down, then i can best position my self in the scare market to pick up some blue chip shares at bargain basement prices, the divvie returns will be awesome and i can dust of the margin loan and get that working again,
