I have to say that today's announcement is possibly the best news ever presented to the market by Norwood,IMO

However,I believe investors are uncertain about funding arrangements,moving forward.

AND

Obviously ,the continuation of rhetoric without contract signatures.

If the company is so certain of "commercial contracts" moving forward then the obvious next step is to gain corporate support.

Sell the story to a large global financial group!

That would assure funding in one form or another and provide "credibility" to the market.

But then again,a roll out of signed contracts is " the holy grail" for Norwood.

Lets hope this time they are successful!
