    It wasn't the management fault. The substantial and institution investors are always greedy and always asking for lowest price. Comparing PLS ( the most potential listed lithium hard rock company) had 2 times CR at the same price 35c, the second CR was about 1 year after the first. You can blame PLS's management for being stupid but I won't say PSC 's management is.
