Hi all, Having read the ann just now I would like to hear people's opinions. Please note my intention is not to upset SHs or ramp the stock either way...A honest question to understand the process and my apologies if I've stirred any emotions. I understand some section of the SHs may not wish to see this sold out to a foreign entity. The ann IMO indicates an intention to sell and prepare the share holder for such an event, I'm wondering how this takeover/sell process is normally conducted.
Could anyone please indicate the normal process that any ASX listed company would have to follow. I suppose the BoD will put the take over intention to shareholder for a vote. And what happens then...wrt to TO price and any other terms that may be considered. Is it likely a price higher than the current market price will be offered?
I was going to increase my modest holding this morning. Would like to hear existing SH opinions so I can take an informed decision. I realise a lot the posters here are very experienced and contribute a lot of their time in educating other members.
Thanks in advance and my apologies if I've broken any rules.
