    Have you had a look at their bank and lenders financials ?
    This is from tgs project takeover attempt (one of the conditions) :

    -Sinomine HK’s bank and the Senior Lenders agreeing the payment mechanism and
    procedures for completion in order to coordinate the release of all security and
    establishment of new security within 30 days; and
