Ann: Market Update to Sinomine Transaction, page-223

So, given my two previous posts we know that:

1. There will be an announcement sometime later this week or next week at the latest.
2. The government in Zim has earmarked Arcadia as part of its fast tracking initiative as it is important to the nation.
3. Sinomine of China wants all if not 50.1% of the project; this will secure Arcadia's future and rerate the SP. Its that simple.

Some people may be hesitant of Zim or details around the Sinomine deal. Hence the SP hovering around 5c. This will rerate to what it should be valued at in the months if not weeks to come. I still think 20c plus. IMO.
