    Arcadia is the PLS of Zimbabwe.

    It is Africa's largest JORC Li resource,

    6th largest hard rock Li resource in the world and,

    Top 10 global Li project.

    New Indigenisation rules come into effect in April 2018 and foreign investors can own 100% of a Li operating company except for diamonds and platinum.

    Zimbabwe wants to produce 10-20% of Li global output and wants to establish a Li battery manufacturing plant.

    Sinomine has ambitions to be a leading global battery manufacturer.

    Many others foreign investors are now interested in Zimbabwe following the change in Gov't and new rules.

    PSC is worth anywhere between 10c to $1, IMO.
