New Indigenisation rules come into effect in April 2018 and foreign investors can own 100% of a Li operating company except for diamonds and platinum.
Zimbabwe wants to produce 10-20% of Li global output and wants to establish a Li battery manufacturing plant.
Sinomine has ambitions to be a leading global battery manufacturer.
Many others foreign investors are now interested in Zimbabwe following the change in Gov't and new rules.
PSC is worth anywhere between 10c to $1, IMO.
