Last message on Google I found was about restructuring of the shareholding with two "big guns" coming in. But not clear why it did not resume trading!?

Not sure but given the troubles in the last weeks with NextView failing to take the promised 20% stake in CVE:BCN and doing the takeover of CVE:LIX (although that may still happen this Friday) I am getting a bit sceptical (and worried) about all these Chinese companies. So hard to find anything about them....
Guess this also explains why the market is not really reacting (or at least not positively) to this news....
