    Hindsight is perfect but, I was trying to read between the lines and it said something like HC was...to the issue scheduled to be settled early this month. The issue of shares and options to HC on the 12th was conditional and, the bigger issue ("issue" can have different meanings) was how Sinomine was going to acquire the Arcadia project. Now, we all know-51% of PSC with option to acquire 100% of Arcadia.
