Great post. How can you have a cut off grade with liquid!!?? Don’t the other SOP projects have a wet season? Maybe they’ve worked out how to make the rain water flow away from trenches on a salt lake that is by its very nature flat. Why wouldn’t you use the material you have excavated to create a bund? If not for any other reason than what else are you supposed to do with it.
The shear mindlessness of some of the posts on here never ceases to amaze me.
