I think you may sound like a little paranoid, hence avoid not to waste time on your little debating posts.
Now I being labelled immaturity, and that proved my point.
I did look into GlobalX investment policies and indexing guidelines... I do have a conspiracy theory of my own...
I think they are either:
(1) a bund of headless turkeys, who like to change their investing criteria based on the fashion of the day without regards for the return of the clients investments, or
(2) a Chinese national wealth fund, who is playing the accumulation game to take control of the significant US nuclear energy assets.
