They have. As at 10 April the holdings were 30,119,343: source is at the following https://www.globalxfunds.com/funds/ura/

As at 26 March the holdings were 29,695,093. Source is the same site but accessed as at 26 March, with the spreadsheet saved to my computer. It is certainly an odd thing to be happening.

I'm not even sure there would be many meetings, as it would mostly be a computer doing the work with someone just plugging in the formulas.
