One thing I forgot to say is that I felt the appointment of Joe would complement GV with a little more entrepreneurial spirit. Not sure if anybody knows if his appointment does in fact bring what we need.

However he is not the CEO and so GV would need to be receptive to his ideas if indeed joe is bringing what we need to the table

Potentially a chance this appointment might save the day if indeed Joe is the right person
