    MoneyBags,

""It wasn't mrwalker, it was possum. Possibly after sampling a few glasses from Timbo's vintage wine collection!!""

    Actually it wasn't me .

I haven't posted much on LNG lately because I haven't had too much GOOD STUFF to report. The last post I mentioned I was concerned about Greg being the right man for the job. My thoughts from many many weeks ago have not really changed to be honest. It was good news that we got the extension Meridian. Hopefully that does not encourage Greg to rest on his laurels for another couple of months thinking he is doing a great job.
The reality is, he isn't in my humble opinion.

I have been reading so many deals being done around the world recently and here we sit shovel ready for HOW LONG ?? and we still sit empty handed. It pains me to watch to be perfectly honest.
Every time I read a quarterly and LNG is almost putting out an advertisement asking those that are interested to come and see us.
I almost cringe in my seat.
As the captain of the ship Greg has a responsibility to all that sails with it. He knows that shareholders have been loyal . He thanked them many times at the Melbourne presentation that I attended.
The way to repay that loyalty is to get this job done, something that he appears from the outside incapable of doing so.
We have seen plenty of appointments during his tenure, but still no cigar. When I spoke with the board in Melbourne they all believed that the oil price would eventually trade around the 65 to 70 dollar mark. They all believed when this happens deals would be struck.
Not quite so easy it would seem.
I questioned Greg's leadership because quite frankly the buck stops with him. I made the suggestion if he isn't the right man for the job then perhaps he should move on. That was quite some time ago.
Sometimes it takes a brave individual to walk away when he hasn't been able to get it done. Sometimes a person will not admit defeat and continue on doing what hasn't been successful.
Believe me when I say it saddens me no end when I see our current plight. What saddens me even further is when I think about Greg steering the ship and wondering with little confidence can he finally point us in the right direction.

Cheers and have a safe Easter.
