Its just MO, but the judge (s) may have to consult/research in order to make decision thus delay in decision for who knows how long. Also we should win the Gas cost/loss, people suffering all that argument but without knowing terms of Ref and how they have to structure the verdict- perhaps the govt followed the rules which means we cant get an edge in and they have to come down on govt side by strict definition same as dual citizenship mess. However I think not have some money in this stock now may not be best move as we dont have far to fall and Lakes WILL be drilling end of year in some form unless Labour get back then (your) God help us anyway as we wont have any EFFECTIVE base load power and thus no amps to run this forum so all this discussion is moot!
