    I prefer 30c SP haha But another "fair and equatable" outcome- if there is one available? would be Partial compensation and Partial ban lifted so some wells allowed with usual red tape and about 200 Mil damages>
    Even then i would think Lakes would be ecstatic as they have plenty working capital and can do what they do best- exploration and produce jobs and lower even if a little- Gas prices
