    Equity..some of your points are valid..but inconsistent.You suggest that the
    Govt. also has to "abide by the laws they have passed"..but then state
    that will not happen without a "bigger player' becoming involved..that
    is totally irrelevant. Either Lakes can continue under existing Permit conditions,
    particularly the valuable Retention Leases..or it cannot...

    By the way, as I understand it..the question of any compensation did not
    form any real part of these proceedings..
