Lets suppose the TO bid was by AON as has been suggested. What would that tell you about Mobilise? Dint you think AON has inside info about the whole business through its insurance underwriting? I would be buying at 4 c if AON made a bid and so would the rest of the market. But again, I wouldnt expect them to just come out of the blue with an offer. You would see them as a substantial holder right up to 20% before they launched a bid
