Looking at Orix and Trivett in particular, we may have seen increased engagement from those clients if we had provided a higher demand ratio...
Even though we don't own assets and don't incurr costs on assets not rented and depreciation we still need to create the demand to retain the assets and this is were we're slipping IMO.
