According to the last job posting my understanding is they are looking for there 4th Web developer to help switch platforms etc!.....

I'd really like to know how many are in the Sales team, because at the moment (from what we're able to see) they appear to be playing around/tweaking/refining the collaborate platform and not increasing the Sales 'demand' side quick enough to retain availability in there general public vehicle supply.
