UHT is the name for the packaging type that the "Long Life Milk" you are referring too is packaged in. They are one and the same. Freedom foods sells more UHT products than anyone else in Australia.

Freedom Foods owns the largest number of milking cows in Australia and has previously (until now) been supplying The A2 Milk Company a large portion of its A2 Milk, as many of these cows are A2 Protein cows bred while A2 milk was part owned by Freedom Foods.

The same brand "Australia's Own" has recently moved into Baby Formula and has announced that they will soon release a "superior formula" that is rumoured to be A2 Protein formula. Best DYOR on this one and make up your own mind. There is plenty of information regarding in the last two announcements and seriously, they have the cows, so why the hell wouldn't they considering the baby formula margins? Plus Freedom Foods management were part of the management team that initially built A2 Milk Company, so they know what they need to do, and thus should not be underestimated imo.
