I didn’t realise that Freedom Foods produces milk until recently...

I didn’t realise that Freedom Foods produces milk until recently hearing about their plans to produce UHT a2 milk. I was considering whether this would be a good one to start holding, but read somewhere that UHT milk has a long shelf life, as it does not need to be refrigerated until it has been opened. (Sort of like long-life milk) Is this true? This doesn’t sound appealing to me but it would be ideal if they ever entered the infant formula space. Does anyone know if they have plans to develop infant formula?
