You forget a few things SmugLex. FNP management WAS A2M management through the initial development of A2M, so to give no credit for what they set up is a bit rich on your part. They will obviously use their acquired knowledge here as well.

Secondly, did Blackmores sell A2 Protein Baby Formula? No. So it isn't a comparison. You know as well as I that A2 Protein is the sell in China and that's why the comparison to Blackmores is also a poor one.

Anyway, FNP was supplying milk to A2M for years. Now they will keep it for themselves. A2M will have competition which is I guess why you have come over to these forums to talk this stock down. You are obviously just a little worried that A2M will loose a little of its shine. But really, that was always going to happen, no-one dominates an industry like that forever, competition is part of a normal cycle in a growing industry.

A2M management selling their shares was no different to many, many others that sold out only to watch it run away on them. But in reality FNP tried to acquire all of A2M, but failed and so decided to walk away from it altogether. The family still remains one of the biggest success stories in this country and I doubt they are loosing much sleep over it.
