If you're any good at safety, you need a great eye for detail... so, maybe you need to try reading the caption underneath the photo of the guy wearing shorts and you'll notice that it's a photo of their camp.
Last time I checked there's no uniform PPE requirements in a camp!!
How about instead of trying to pick holes that aren't actually there you focus on the quality of the announcement?
