Be nice if they launched good customer service!?
I recently purchased something a over a month ago. One of the parts was missing then they sent the wrong part to small and wrong brand. Finally got the correct brand at correct size.
But 50 + emails and 35 days later i got it all.
Some item they dont ship so it comes from another supplier . This means extra waiting if its stuffed up as you have to contact kogan then they contact the other party etc
I found the online chat centre pathetic. You cant speak to them on the phone. If there making lots of money they should invest it in phone lines and people on phones not crappy online popup window chat.
Worst customer service ever.
