Have bought a number of products and delivery and products have been fine.
One bad experience was buying a product, after a week I contacted them as the item hadn't arrived.
The item was actually out of stock, but wasn't contacted by the company to advise me. They had charged my account for the item
After many emails and phone calls, It took 5 weeks from point of order to have the product cancelled and receive my refund of $199.
Service and staff on this occasion was terrible .
