    Is the downside of online retailing, can’t just swop the faulty product at the returns counter or get a credit voucher.

    I am on about item 27 in 15 months, mostly Kogan home brands, but also three Kogan travel hotels. All products have been trouble free so far, only problems have been:
    - charged me delivery when I thought it should be free due to having Shipster subscription. They said it doesn’t apply to international products, because they don’t come via AusPost. They refunded the delivery anyway via a voucher. All very easy, took one email, some replies, but took 5 weeks for voucher to arrive, why so long?
    - I bought a product that was rediculously cheap( $4 vs $250) and asked them if it was a list price error. They said yes and reversed all those sales, giving us all a $15 credit, plus I got a second $15 credit as I had queried it. Again took one email, some replies, and wait 3 weeks.
    - London hotel booking was cancelled by owner, refund arrived to credit card in a week. No effort on my part, except had to rebook an alternative.
