IMHO, I think the majority of long term holders will see these appointments as a real positive - important to have those key positions filled early on so they can hit the ground running, once the financing is sorted.
If it wasn't for the major investor(s) currently playing hard ball, I'm sure J.D. would have this project turning dirt a lot sooner - seeing things from a glass half full!
