I think the biggest problem with HAV is that although there are a bunch of people that are getting paid in excess of $1,000,000 per a quarter, it is pretty much a one man show..... and that person running the show is probably, not the best suited to running the show.

Wanbao bought a call option (paid for it by funding the PFS) which had an expiry date.
The date has past, the option becomes worthless, so they either pay up for a new option or it's offered to the general market."
....the first part of any negotiation is leverage, and there is no better leverage than a second interested party..... release the PFS.... FFS.
