    Unsubstantiated information at best.
    Possible defamatory comments at worst.

    In my opinion, you have to be very careful when you lay claim to a dud, long before results can possibly be known and then insinuate that management has acted in an underhanded way to loyal shareholders, by announcing a new asset in an attempt to misdirect, because they know that the current one is going to be a failure.
