I wouldn't read too much into the dumping. Still think its a 'sophisticated' investor who participated in the last capital raising trying to get out (i.e. now that the end game is nearing). Put differently, I wouldn't be too concerned it insider trading (someone in the know) as the timing is all off. i.e. the information in the announcements would lag by a day or two what the crew on the ground would know. Its when a big sell off comes several days before an announcement that you have to worry. Regardless, the volume today and yesterday has been rather light.
