Now they are pumping more cement to fill up what they've drilled so far, to glue everything back together, and after that they will drill out the cement and keep going. I guess we wait and see whether that fixes things.
Coal stability in the horizontal was always my biggest concern with this well, as I've said previously. If they can keep the hole clean long enough to run casing and cement it, the well should be successful - it obviously doesn't take much to fracture it so the fracs shouldn't be a problem. But if they drill out the cement and these issues continue then that would be a real concern.

and am I right in saying PSI this in the first 50 metres of the 800 odd metre horizontal part of the drill...
