Thanks guys for your info about disclosure rules for substantial holders. As you said selling just 1 share requires disclosure. Thus the sneaky Techniques used to avoid that rule.

Anyway moving off that topic, maybe just maybe, the selling we have seen more recently has more to do with execution risk of the Horizontal than ..... an excuse like i was forced to sell to pay for Grandad's funeral type excuses... you know what i mean !!!

Execution Risk ... of this Horizontal well is real .... and although i have NOT sold I can understand why some have .... fear of losing 100% of their investment makes the average Joe nervous. So instead of FOMO ... is FOLEY ...... fear of losing everything Yeah ???
