well yeh, I’m on the same page Max, but to be fair - a tidy little resource and infrastructure proximity isn't sufficient... these guys need to define a commercial quantity of coal, confirm access to this infrastructure and finance the operation (without diluting existing holders to oblivion in the process) and/or sell these tenements to their neighbours
These guys are smart and connected, and are investing plenty of their own money in the caper, and so I'm confident and happy where things are at. I feel the share price could easily bag from these levels over a reasonable duration. But no denying its a speccy enterprise, lots of variables and uncertainties at play
