Extra 0.05 works on the current option price, not the heads price. The heads will stay as it is. So post exercise will be 0.065.
Was fortunate enough this morning to sell 100K TAS at 0.065 and buy 100K TASO at 0.013. $180 in the back pocket for less than 1 minute work. TAS will also be happy as a further $5,000 will be coming their way in 3 days time to convert those 100K options just picked up.
Been sitting and waiting for another 100K to be put sale on the TAS side at 0.065... another opportunity arises at the options can be bought at 0.014. Only 0.001 difference... but another possible $120 in the making... though no one is taking the jump.
3 trading days left on the options, then TASO is no longer. The final weeks are the best as the differences are normally favoured for arbitrage.
