So, what I am hearing, is that Sinomine deal might be dead.... I actually have a counter view.

The whole point is getting Plan B organised, is more about leverage.... you can only have bargaining power, if you have leverage. Without leverage, you are a chump.

Just imagine, if you ask your asked your boss for a raise:

A.) Without another offer on the table - he says NO.... what do you say? okay boss, I'll keep doing my job and get paid peanuts... or you quit without a backup plan.

B.) With another offer on the table - he says NO.... what do you say? Well.... I was wanted to stay here for loyalty, but company X was going to give me % more, and blah blah opportunities.... what do you think he would say after.
