Remember also that EVE has a lot of casualties left from the last 'war'.
Expect volatility on the way up as people move to break even and move away. I am sure there's one or two people who are once bitten and twice shy. I remember buying frenzies from here up to around .025 - .028; not everyone will stay for this ride and that's okay - just something to remember.
Don't let it scare you, just be aware of it.
