Although he is mentioned as the CTO on the web site, I cannot find any information to say he holds office.

He isn't on the list of directors from the Annual Report.....
There has also been no Initial Director Interest Notice released .....

I did fail to add Ashley Krongold though, hence adding the spread sheet again, but also left off Prof Tour as what was originally discussed was why aren't the BOD buying and they have little skin in the game. As much as the have a lot of shares there has been very little (in the scheme of things) of their own finances being used.
