Well one day I hope they will explain how the "synaptic" / AI part of the cells work!
As under the section "Neuromorphic Computing", they highlighted -
"ReRAM for AI is significantly more energy efficient than today’s data centres, and significantly smaller"
Am I reading this right, I thought the Neuromorphic AI stuff was aimed at making IOT sensors smarter ie. brain like.
So are they implying they will make eg. the Echo's & Siri etc databases redundant? ie. will WBT data banks be Neuromorphic 'smart'?? Very interesting, if so.
Or will the smart stuff be processed on the IOT modules & therefore less data being sent to the data banks for processing, which is what I thought was the original intention. Any ideas?
