I don't disagree on the options being a flawed strategy (raises funds under mgmt & hence fees for the asset manager), but can't see any significant issue with performance.

I do believe that management are paying dividends to get more shareholders in to help improve liquidity & price, but I'm still surprised how the market has ignored this LIC (trading under NTA) given Geoff Wilson's track record.
