Results not perfect (never are), but very good. without IPD, interventions were about 26%, and 3.8% had problems progressing, with IPD, interventions were 16%, and 0.8% had progression problems.

Those compression garments cause lots of problems, and cost lots of money to organise - i.e. paying a physio or nurse, getting them comfortable, trialing different garments, sleeves, gloves bandages etc, so better to have a one third lower intervention rate from an economics point of view. And then a much lower level of progression as well. You would expect some people to stuff up with the garments as well, or not think they are very sexy at social gatherings, so some people would be negative about them - so even if the compression garment was a 100% cure, it may not be implemented well in some cases.
