    I noticed they have continued store conversion - 22 converted now (was 15 in December). They would not continue conversion if they did not think that was worthwhile. With 2 conversions per month it will take a while though!

    Their error was gutting the previous management of the Homebase business and messing with the established business model before they fully understood it. Keep homebase running while you convert would have been better. Too much hubris.
