    I have always preferred a multi-income type business (even my share port folio is arranged ~30%-shares, ~30%-property, ~30%-cash ) .
    So now we have 2 single income type businesses -- subject to Single income risk (Sigh)...

    Talks like Woolworths, Walks like Wollworths, Sh**tz like Woolworths, Oh Dear, Grandma will NOT be pleased!
